Fall Fest—Sunday, November 13, 2016

This year's Fall Fest will be co-hosted by the Swiss Benevolent Society of St. Paul and the Twin Cities Swiss American Association (TCSAA) at Flaherty's Arden Bowl. Please wear your Swiss hats, shirts, pins, etc. The party starts at 1 p.m.

In order to keep the cost for the event down only light refreshments will be served in the form of appetizers. Coffee and lemonade to quench your thirst, and cupcakes for dessert are also included in the registration price.

Directions

• From North West: I-694 or US-10 to Snelling, South to County Road E exit
• From North East: I-694 to Lexington Avenue. Drive South and turn right at County Road E, proceed West for about ½ mile
• From South: MN-36 to Snelling, North to County Road E exit

Flaherty’s is in the North East corner of Snelling and County Road E, across from McDonalds and kitty-corner from the Bingo Palace. Park on the North side of the building, across the street from the Bingo Lot. Enter on the North side up the steps or up the ramp on the West side to the party room with the Swiss flag on the door.

Bowling

Being energized with cupcakes, why not take the opportunity to shed a few calories with a friendly game of bowling? Flaherty’s will give us a headstart with free bowling shoe rentals. Here are the pricing options:

• $4.49 + tax ($4.81) for all younger than 55 per game,
• $2.95 + tax ($3.16) for Seniors 55+ per game, or
• $21.99 + tax ($23.56) per lane for 1 hour. You can extend your time and your cost will be prorated. Typically, 4 people can finish 2 games in 90 minutes.

Create your own bowling party with your friends or family. It's best to bowl in groups of 4. Reserve your bowling lane as soon as you arrive.

You can even receive a reward for having fun with bowling. Take a “selfie” with your score on the electronic score board. We will award prizes for the top score for men and women. Of course you cannot win unless you participate.

How to Register

To order the right amount of refreshments we need to know that you are coming. Please download the Fall Fest Registration Form from our website, print it, fill it out and mail it with payment to the address on the form. Make sure to fill in the appropriate information if you would like to bowl so that Flaherty’s can set aside the right number of bowling lanes for us. The deadline for registering is Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
